Default main stud question

block has already been honed, line bore checked, etc... I was originally going to replace the main bolts, but I decided to use some arp studs. I'm assuming the line bore will have to be checked again with the studs in place? Also, where is the cheapest place to find them? Thanks in advance.

Default yes, check the clearance.

I am doing the very same thing at the very same time on my 6.0 liter. I would strongly suggest installing the aftermarket hardware in the block WHEN it is machined... this includes head studs/torque plates, and main studs. The studs pull the block differently than bolts. Since the machine work has already been done... check it. I would not expect to see huge differences, but usually the bores will change slightly. As far as cheap hardware... I got mine from CV Products... I have a business account with them. They are around $300 retail, though.
