'86 Z28 heads on a '98 LS1 TA??? HUH???
I originally thought he was selling a set of LS1s but turns out they are heads off an '86 Z28 which he says will work. Isn't that near impossible or is there really a way to make it work?

The heads came off my '86 Z28. They have stock valves in them with Comp 918 springs (good to .600 lift). They will definitely bolt up to your T/A, but you will need the '99 and up center bolt valve covers. I can't say how much power they will gain because I don't have any before and after numbers for the heads. You will probably pick up a good amount. Maybe 30-40 hp. My car put down 350 hp with a 222/230 .534/.544 cam through a choked up exhaust. So I would assume that the heads flow fairly well. I would be concerned as to whether or not these heads will work with your cam. I'm not familiar with the specs of the F14, but the heads have been milled .030. I would do some math to make sure you won't have any PTV problems. I could probably do $480 shipped.

I have all the usual bolt-ons, LTs w/ xpipe and TDs, F14 232/234 on a 112lsa cam & im at 394rwhp locked w/ a vig3200 thru a 3.73geared 12-bolt tuned by Scott(known as Gomer on the board) Why u selling them? so how much power do you think they'd add? Whats the lowest ud go on them shipped to 36330? Sorry for all the questions but im curious and gotta know.
