Grind into 4th? clutch?
I was in 5th gear tonight, downshifted to 3rd as I was coming to a red light. The light turned green so I shifted to 4th and it ground (grinded?). Anyway, it has never done this before. I haven't had any problems with any gear so I'm wondering if this could be a dying clutch, a freak thing, or something else? My clutch has been slipping recently, so could this just be a symptom of my clutch going out? THanks.

But if the clutch does not engage or disengage all of the way, it could grind gears.
