cost for a new tanny/ rearend well im workin on a turbo setup, and in the meantime doin some research for a tranny and rear end. i was quoted about 4k for a trans rebuid and 2.5k for a new rear not including labor. does this sound about right?

depends what kind of trans and rearend. a 4l60e built will be about $2k, a th350/400 is about $1.5, im not to sure about m-6 transmissions. a rearend will also be around $2k. a few of our sponsors have 12bolts and 9" for about that price.
