Default turn signals acting screwy

Kind of weird, when I hit the stalk to turn the right blinkers on, the green arrow stays on but won't flash. The signals won't flash either, but the bulbs aren't burned out. The left signals are perfectly fine. The DRLs light up normally too. Just asking if this has happened to anyone before, looking for ideas of where to start. I don't want to go to the dealer for this.

Im about 95% sure that is a dual fillament bulb. Same thing happened on my bird. Replace the bulb.

It pretty much has to be a bulb. I was working on a Camaro yesterday and the guy said two different places had replaced all the bulbs. Well in the front there are two bulbs but they had only replaced one. It was difficult to get to the second one (had to pull down the lower cover and come up from the bottom.

If one side works and the other one doesn't, you have a bad bulb on that side. They are dual filament so you could have it still light up but not work when the flasher element is sent power.

If both sides are dead it is most likely your flasher. It's a little steel can the makes the lights time on and off.

Both are easy fixes but I suspect it's just a bulb.

Here's another idea: When that happened to me once, all my bulbs worked,...so I was like "WTF, mate?" - well i kept the lights on and just stared at it like a retard.

OBSERVATION: I noticed that it looked like all the lights were on, but indeed were not. The little bulb inside the brake lights (red) that are off to the far outboard, one wasn't working...and since it is so small..it is sometimes not noticeable right away. - anywho- i changed it out and it fixed the problem.

Got up close and I have condensation in both front signal housings...sum bitch.

Opinions on this...I figure I'll just drill a small hole in the bottom of the housing so the water can get out if it ever happens again. I almost never drive this car in the rain, but I got caught in an insane rainstorm a few weeks ago so that's probably what it's from.
