Racer's Lounge - Motorcycle financing without collision coverage?

Any good places to finance (independently, i wanna have my financing arranged before i go into the dealership) a new, maybe a used, motorcycle that won't require collision coverage? I tried capital one (as much as i hate them) and was told yes they do...then the customer service rep started yelling at me. That's a different story all together.
