Definitely cammed and definitely in the upper 22X range. Just about any long tube headers/off-road pipe/true dual or loud catback setup can get you a sound like that. My little 221/221 cam with true duals sounds similar to that (not as much lope at idle, but a better sound during a burnout or during full throttle IMO).

I have LT's, and off road y pipe, and Loudmouth......I think it is the sickest sounding setup out there. Not refined at all....but very NHRA prostock sounding!!!! Just wicked!!
