Default will claybar, or what remove this??

my car is pretty clean could use a buffing and stuff but my front bumper needs help. a week after i got my car it looked like i went threw a blue mist of paint so my front bumper has all these tiny blue spots some will chip off with your finger nail some wont. would a claybar remove these or do i have to wetsand or what. i wanna do a wash/clay/wash/compound/polish/sealant/wax on saturday before a big carshow on sunday

if you have the claybar, go ahead and try it. If it works, great and it only cost you the claybar (you will most likely need to trash it afterwards).

A claybar is what I would use. I had some yellow paint in my wheel wells & the claybar took that off.

Claybar it. It is the safest way to go.
