Default Small hole in stock throttle blade

This hole is .150 With a 230/232 .592/.595 XER cam, does this hole need to be enlarged? If so, how much?

You don't need to drill a hole. I have tuned countless cars with that size and bigger and never drill a hole. Adjust the set screw and watch your LTIT/STIT with the desired airflow and it will fall in line. Actually, what kind of vehicle is this on?
