Default Vent fan not working

Any ideas? I recently noticed that my vent fan is not blowing directly out of the 5 circular vents in my T/A. All other vents blow air, and the defroster & A/C both work fine. What is going on here? I checked all wires and fuses and couldn't find anything wrong. Could it be a vaccumm problem?

It could be a vacuum problem. and also inside the plenum case (the whole box where the ac/heater air is coming from) could have one of the doors stuck on it not allowing it to blow air out of one of the vents. (as so the doors open/close depending on ac/heater)
