Gears & Axles - non posi

I got a 3 carrier non posi with 28 spline.Will this work on my 2000 trans am>I am stepping up to 3.42 and already have posi on my car

There no way I'd put a non posi in a TA!You probably ain't gonna go nowhere!Better come up with something else esecially if your running a stall!

You'll have to use thick gears with the 2:73 carrier! Some times ya can find a whole rear in the forsale section with 3:42s for less than ya can build the one you have!If ya want a good carrier slap a auburn pro series in it!

Nope the 2 series carrier is different, companys offer a thick gear to use the 2 series if going with a bigger gear!The 3 series is for 3:23 up and only factory one used for the 2 series is the 2:73!So if ya want it to be posi and use the 2 series ya have to buy the thick gears! Or get a different carrier!
