Default valve covers

What are our options for valve covers and how do you make non center bolt valve covers work on our heads?

You can get billet adapters to convert centerbolt heads to perimeter bolt heads. I don't remember where but there is a wide price spread for essentially the same type product, so shop around.

I like the look of fabricated aluminum covers but not the noise, so I went with the factory hi-tech look of the LT4 resin covers with the centerbolt Torx buttons. The factory specced them to help quiet the LT4 full roller rockers.

I also like the GMPP black wrinkle coat finished covers. Pix at paceparts.com or salleechevrolet.com.

the billet adapters leak and dont clear most all roller rockers, best thing is to get the heads welded.

Where can you get the silver sills that go over the top of the valve covers or do they come with it?
