Im still very new at this LT1. I dont uderstand why I cant remove the fuel rail off of the manifold. yes i have removed the fuel rail bolts. is it because the o-rings that mount with the fuel injector has that much suction?. the TPI is off the block and sitting on my workbench. please how do you remove the fuel rail of my LT1

I took a screw driver, and lifted on the inside of the fuel injectors. I did one pair at a time, and you do it slow so you don't mess up anything. The fuel rails will flex a little bit, but be careful. I got mine off no problem.

4 bolts total... unhook the injector wires and the two fuel connections in back with a quick release fuel line tool. then just pull up... Make sure there is no wires obstructing anything because its a little tight and needs to come about about a half inch.

The o-rings for the injectors fit pretty tight. It takes quite a bit of force to remove them.

When you install them, a little oil on the O-rings help.
