finally got a 12 sec run well, i had been working at it for a while, but i finally got one. it could have been better, but it was on street tires, so i couldnt launch it too hard.
what ive done to my 05 goat...
jba shorties
jba catless mid-pipes
x-pipe in place of resonators
flowmaster 40 series in place of stock mufflers
volant intake
FAST 90 manifold
transgo shift kit
fuddle racing 3200 stall, 2.0 STR verter
energy suspension rear subframe bushing set
and a tune
oh, and a full tank of gas, like usual
got me a 12.94@106.6
the tires i was using were the tires i drive around on every day, nitto 555 series, 275 size tires, just the regular series tires. i launched it from 1500rpms, like stock, cause if i did it from any higher the tires would spin through all of first, and into second. im hoping for something close to 12.5 next time if i have DRs. other cars with the same sorta mods have ran that, so i dont think its too far off.
