Default Those using LC-1 what is your response speed?

I was wondering what most of you are setting your response speed to when using your LC-1 for data logging? does the 1/12 or 1/6 setting smooth and slow down the logged AFR out to much to be useful?

Yes with Auto VE and everything else.

How do you get 40 frames/sec, I'd like to do this...?

I only log the absolute bare minimum...like 4 PIDs or something (RPMs, KR, MAP, commanded AFR, and the wideband [since it doesn't count against the PID count]). Logging 6 bytes or less with HPT increases your resolution to 40 frames/second.
