Default how to replace driveshaft u-joints ?

Took my driveshaft out yesterday and tried to get the U-joints out. I did not want to press too hard because I didn't want to distort the ears on the (aluminum) shaft.
I replaced U-joints before and never had trouble getting them to move, this is however the first time with a aluminum shaft. i also noticed that there are no clips holding the U-joint in place ???
How do I get these out and in ???
TIA

HEA HEAT HEAT!!! dont press yet, They use nylon retainer which are inside the joints, You have to heat it up, all the nylon will come spooging out the holes, Heat around the outside of the bearing cap (on driveshaft) Go around it, keep the flame going around and around. when its all done coming out then press away. Then just use clips to put them back together.
