Default Is this Vette a good deal

I came acros this vette in my locakl news paper for sale and I want to know if this will be a good deal?
1998 CPE, 6 speed, black/black, Z06 Chrome whels, full exhaust with borla, 85K miles. $18,000.00
Do you think this is a good deal, it has never been wrecked and a woman in her 50's owns it. She is the second owner of the car.

Yeah, I would take it to the chevrolet dealership my dad works at and let the mechanics inspect it first.

do a bluebook search...not exact but it'll put you in the ballpark of what it's worth. ...well nevermind, just noted your sig, you've done quite a bit to it, not sure if it'll help out much with resale? Good luck. BTW, the price on the car sounds pretty good, but I'd def get a compression check as InsomZ already stated. Honestly, I'd be pretty suprised if it's not good to go.
