Default Ebay Exhaust

I went out on a limb and bought one of those chambered exhaust off ebay. To my surprise the kit is pretty decent. The welds was a little rough but I've seen worste. I ended up going to the local muffler shop saturday to get it welded on (it required cutting the old exhaust off and re-using the stock i-pipe). When I fired it up I was amazed. I've owned a lot of exhaust systems over the years and none of them sounded as good as this one. My only major gripe was the exhaust tips was already welded on but luckly they was right on the money.

My "BUTT DYNO" didn't notice any difference but it's not as fine tuned as others : )

I hope to take it to the track soon before I put my converter it. it sounds awesome now, I can't wait to hear it with a SS3600.

I took it to the track friday. I ran a new best of 8.57 @ 86mph 2.10 60ft. My previous best was 8.72@85mph 2.0460ft. I'm not sure if I really gained anything because this is the first time I got the car to run 2.0 60ft's with 5 year old F1's : (

I can't brag about HP gains or ET gains… but I love the sound : )

I read about a true dual exhaust off ebay on here that people had a lot of problems with but this isn't it.

Can you post up a link to the auction on EBay that you bought the exhaust from? I'm curious to see what it looks like compared to the other EBay true-dual setups that people have had trouble with on here.

I tried to find it but I don't think he's selling any right now.

Just do a search under chambered exhaust and ever now and then it pops up.

Ok, what was the seller's name so I can keep an eye out for it?

Ive ran across it a few times & always wondered what it sounded like. Summit carries those chambered mufflers, I have been thinking of ditching the q-tec cutout/hooker & picking up a couple. I think it would sound good with my CME. Here's a like to the ones Ive ran across on ebay:

For some reason he changed his screen name but you can do a look at his feedback and it's pretty good.
