Default Hesitation trouble again?

I had hesitation off idle to 1500rpms, found out it was it was bad maf, replaced three weeks ago and it solved the problem until today? Why is it doing this? Descreened maf.

Could be an air leak after the MAF. I've got hesitatin and lean condition (@ 2000 RPM) on one bank. Haven't fixed it yet, but did find a leak at the intake manifold on the side the runs lean.
