My DD camaro ss vs roommates 02 TA
Nothing spectacular, just a track vid of my new car and my roommates 02 TA.
My specs......00 camaro SS, A4, whisper lid, cutout, nx 75 shot, dayton street tires.
His specs.....02 TA, A4, 3.73 gears, slp lid, cutout, hypertech, bmr rear suspension components, strut tower brace, nx 100 shot, et streets
I know what everyone is thinking, as I was thinking it too, but the results are kinda confusing........only thing I figure is simply because I got a much better light than him.

Lovin HUB CITY dragway..... Im from Hattiesburg, i recognized that place right away. I run all the time on Friday nights. For some reason NO fbody i have seen runs what the masses do They all seem to run a little slower here....Go figure

As far as the TA, I have no idea why it isn't running a ton better. With said mods, it should be running really good numbers, but a 13 flat? Oh, well, the camaro is my commuter, but since the truck went down, I had to do something to get "my" car into the 12s.

13.8 down to 12.7 is good results for a 75 shot.
You need some stall.!! to really see some results.Then you will need slicks,driveshaft loop,suspension work,rear endand a money making press in your house!!jk
Try a convertor and some slicks!

my cars pretty slow at the track, and my track is decent for conditions. Powershifting didnt help, my 60s dont reflect my et with my mph if that makes sense.

I ran a 12.9 @ 108 with only a lid and exhaust. No offense or anything but thoese are some horribe times for the mods. Are you sure you guys have your bottles on? Do you have a bottle heater? Even if the ET isn't show you should at least have a little better mph......

You guys that are running better times must not understand location. With a lid a catback you probably wouldnt get out of mid to high 13's in Vegas. Most stock F-bodies here run 13.98-13.99 to 14.10's right around a 100-102 mph.
Its just funny to see pople saying there's something wrong with your car when they're probably a couple thousand feet lower in elevation with better air. Ask the Denver guys how quick they run. There must be something wrong with their 15 second stock F-bodies as well.
