Can i flash the computer with the vehicle running? I don't want to chance the battery dying.

no...BUT if your using hptuners or efilive they have safeguards against frying computers if your doing calibration only writes so theres very little chance you'll run into issues.

HPT only takes about 28-31 seconds to upload a new file...
