My NW came with 1 longer bolt in the top of the TB. The manifold had all of the others though.

I think I got shorted a few bolts too. I can't figure out which bolts go where on this damn thing.

I found this thread

https://ls1tech.com/forums/generation-iii-external-engine/461554-mounting-fast-90-a.html

But what I don't get is, what bolts are supposed to hold down the front and back of the manifold?

You know what confuses people also is that it comes with bolts but not injector rail bolts. I got hosed on those TB bolts.

Hold up. I just got an email from FAST and they said it doesnt come with throttle body bolts.
I'm not sure what you're referring to as the 1 throttle body bolt, but we do
not include them, nor do we have any of them. However, you should only use 4
to mount the throttle body to the intake.

My FAST came with 3 other TB bolts. I reused the stock intake bolts though, using a damn hex wrench is a bitch!

my fast 90 came with the 4 extra throttle body bolts and nuts, the front and back of the manifold were already bolted down with similar/or same bolts and nuts, it also came with bolts and nuts for the throttle cable bracket. the nw90mm came with the 1 extra long bolt for the top(no nut, only thing i had to buy). and i just used the fuel rail bolts of my old manifold.

Speaking of rails...........

WE are getting railed on these FAST manifolds. They SHOULD come with port gaskets, they SHOULD come with stainless hardware, they SHOULD come with TB bolts, they SHOULD have a clip for the MAP sensor, and they SHOULD give head......... for the price.

They should give us some free fuel rails for our trouble.

What about a TB gasket, can you get a replacement? I just sold a TB, and never thought about the gasket, do most sponsors have them?

I totally agree. It's a great piece, but for the unf-ingbelievable amount of money they charge it should come with every part you listed. Their "tech line" isn't even worth calling either. When I first bought mine I called to ask about the lack of a MAP sensor clip and the response was "We've never had a problem with the MAP sensors coming off." WTF? Are you serious?

Stripstar - To answer your question, you need to buy the bolts from a local hardware store. My NW TB did not come with any bolts.

Yea i was kinda dissapointed in the lack of bolts/gaskets and map sensor hole for the amount of money it costs.....but other than that it seems like a nice piece.
