Default smoke coming out of exhaust....

so, some idiot in a maxima baited me into a race for some reason so i floored it in 1st gear ('98 T/A)....i'm pretty sure I wasn't even close to red-lining when shifting into second....race was over by then....my friend behind me said that she saw gray smoke coming from my exhaust when i took off....I even smelled it a little....just wondering what may have caused it and if I should be concerned and if so, what I should look for? I don't think I've seen any smoke before when flooring it, so just a little unsure of what it may be. Any help would be great. Thanks!

Any mods on it?
Alot of times if you've taken the cats off you'll get some smoke out the pipes when you floor it (you get it anyway, but the cats usually will stop it from coming out the exhaust)
If the car is running fine, I wouldn't worry about it

Black = Fuel/Carbon - Normal
White = Antifreeze/Water - Not Good
Blue = Oil - Also Not Good.
