Default offset for 18's

i was wanting to know what everyones off set was or, the average offset was for a set of 18's i want them to be a little wider in the back becasue of the fender wells or if you have pics and offset numbers i would appreciate it. Im lookin at hp evo-2 specials or the rpm knock offs

Offset will depend on what the width of the wheel is alot more so than the diameter.

It will also vary a tiny bit based on whether you have a camaro/firebird and then throw in some personal preference.

So, tell us what widths you want and if you have a camaro/firebird.

In the meantime, I would really recommend reading through the sticky, there is alot of good information in there. It will really help you learn what the offset is and decide what you think looks the best.

its a 98 firebird with 8" wheels 245/40 on back 225/45 on front

My offset is +50mm for my 18x9.5's. The fbody can usually take +38mm - +57mm for 18's. I suggest taking a look at the sticky's at the top of this section. All the information you could ask for in regards to offsets.
