Default swapping 98-99 tb cam to a 00+ tb?

is it as simple as popping out the two blade torx and then tapping the shaft out?

10. Throttle body cam was increased in size to slow the speed at which the car reaches WOT
From the FAQ.

The newer throttle bodies open faster due to a different size cam (thing that the cable slides over). Make sure to put some blue loctite on those torx screws when you put them back in. Don't want one getting sucked in.
