Deal Or No Deal??? Need Help A.s.a.p!
guys i think the ls1 finally found me, instead of me looking for it! This car was in the parking lot of my job, and i talked to the owner for like 20 mins. Its for sale.....maybe:
1999 z28 Hugger Orange w/ white interrior power everything
A4 w/ 3500 converter
83,000 miles
Pacesetter LT's
Loudmouth exhaust
SLP Lid
black zr1's
$8000.00
guys i have amazing feelings about this one. i could pay cash for the car and not have payments (which i really wanted to avoid). So what if its not a T/A!
What do you guys think?????????

well you didn't list the miles, so if thats not a factor, and everything esle is fine, sounds like a deal to me. Unless your really want T/A. Shuld get something you want or you'll regert it.

The Hugger orange car will get alot of atention, and if it doesnt have a million miles one it then its more than worth the money.
But if you really want the T/A then wait, personaly I would get the Z28 but thats just me.

If your thing is to get an LS1, get the car. If you WANT a T/A or Z28, get the car.
I wanted a LS1/m6 combo with "reasonable" mileage. Found one with 44k on the clock and couldn't be happier.

buy it...the hugger orange is the rarest color on those cars....youll stand out most times your around other camaros....only thing i regret about min is its red...dont get me wrong i love red...but it seems like every lt1/ls1 z i see on the road is red...but it looks damn good with my z06/z28 badges and chrome c6 z06 wheels!!! Anyways buy it man!!!

Make SURE! it has a cooler on it or put one on it ASAP, them big stalls eat some tranny here in the south during the summer. My stock stalled 95 TA had a LITTLE issue if I beat on it too much in McAllen, TX summer heat.

haha... thought you were taking about the show: deal or no deal with howie mandel... BUT...
I think that Z28 sounds like a great deal! go for it!
Look on the door codes and see if it has a GU2 or GU6... if it has GU6 then it has 3.23's in the rear and an aluminum drive shaft! if GU2 then it has 2.73's in the rear and a steel driveshaft.
i dont think there were any differences in the differentials though...
