Default How much is a MAF gonna cost me?

I'm not sure if they make good after market ones or not... or if I should just go with a stock one, but mine is throwing maf codes

get a stock one and leave it alone, don't port it, don't descreen it just leave it alone. I bought an aftermarket one and it leaned out my car. Also my tuner recommended it as well.

Exactly! A stock screened MAF will be good for about 500-600rwhp. So that would be your best bet. If you're set on going aftermarket though, Granatelli works really well on my friend's LT1 car, and I have heard nothing but bad things about the SLP unit. But don't Vettes already have de-screened MAF's from the factory? Or is it just the Z06?

Just the z06. It's 85mm and descreened. These can be used on our cars buy do require tuning work.

The stocker is your best bet for now. I'll bet it's the wiring harness going into your MAF, or it's dirty. Does the car stumble really bad when you are trying to accelerate?

What was the exact code?

whats the code your throwing?

keep it stock unless you are planning on getting a tune after you put on a 85mm maf.
