Default I can fit 1 finger between tire and fender...am I screwed for exhaust clearance?

The previous owner lowered the car, and I've got about a fingers worth of clearance between the front tire and the fender. It seems I hear enough stories about people having clearance issues with their LTs and Y-Pipe with cars that aren't lowered...what are my chances of getting some Pacesetters and ORY to go on without any issues?

that doesnt look too low, it also depends on what headers you get, some tuck better than others. Like slp's are a no-no on a lowered car.

Pshhhhh that's plenty of clearance Clarence. You could put 3.5" duals on that baby with enough patience.

The Pacsetter LT's and ORY is a good choice. I would recommend a set of poly motor mounts while you're at it. Thunderracing.com sells them, they are in the bushing section. Do a search for some more info on them.

Even tho I'm not lowered, I can see that the Pacesetters and ORY tuck up quite well, in fact my SFCs are lower than the headers.
Like CamaroExtra said the SLPs are out, but most of the other brands should fit fine even with being lowered

yes pacesetter fir very snug, almost to snug. just have to learn to take all your curbs and speed bumps at an angle, you will be ok. i know people with lower cars that get around fine.
