The 9" I bought has no traction control or abs can you wire it so the lights on the dash will go off is this posible?

probably so thru custom programming. I know you can get the TCS light to go off if you buy the $50 box from one of the sponsers.

if you'd like to keep abs & traction control functional, you'll have to buy axles with reluctor rings pressed on (near the flanges.)
i don't think anyone makes a programmer that works on the abs system, and the slp traction control module won't work for you either. it just reverses the default setting from on to off. since you have no rear wheel speed inputs to the abs, abs & traction control are disabled all the time. hence, the mil.
