Default Rear end squeaking 1999 camaro

My rear end started squeaking when i press the brakes gently, i was told the pads were worn replace them, they were fairly new but i said what the hell so i replaced the pads and put on the disc quieter on the back , pull out the driveway lightly press pressed the brakes same things a whistling squeaking sound, but when i pressed the brakes to a stopping point it quit, now if i'm riding at a very slow speed or lightly touch the brakes you can hear it, where is it coming from? I'm getting ready to put some aftermarket parts on it and do some interior work and paint it but damn whats the point when i'm going to annoy everyone with this squeaking noise!!!! Any response will be helpful
