PS Headers and Kooks Y-pipe, compatability?

Default PS Headers and Kooks Y-pipe, compatability?

Will there be any installation issues by combining these two brands VS. the traditional route of using a PS y-pipe or TSP pipe with Pacesetters?
I have yet to see anyone with this particular combination.

I did the Pacesetter headers and the mufflex y pipe. uses the flowmaster merege. Hangs low but fits good.
