Default which one would YOU choose?

I hate to post a terribly newb topic like this, but I'm just curious (as well as bored). I already know in my mind which one I want, but I just wanna hear what others think.

2k Z28, 120k miles, 6spd, stock, loaded, black on black. 7k
2k Formula, 92k miles, 6spd, filter, loaded, new clutch, new timing chain, new brakes, new alt., 10.5k

The 10.5 for the formula is a bit much, more than I've seen them go for. Fact remains I'd probably just try and get the $ down a bit, because he seems like quite a motivated seller. On the other foot, the Z looks very mint (haven't seen the formula in person, just pics of the Z), but could look worse in person. The miles are high, but that never scared me. The Z had an accident reported in carfax, but only one owner. Personally, I want the formula, and would gladly pay more than I would for the Z for the sole fact I think the formula is a great looking LS1. What would you guys do? I'm waiting pics on the formy and probably gonna check it out this weekend.

what years are they. i just paid 6,300 for a 1998 z28 auto with a air-lid and a cut-out with 118,000 miles sounds like a good deal for a 6sp ls1

id say formy. they look killer, especially with a ws6 hood. youre getting a 2000 for cheap. i paid 16,5 for my 00 SS last year...but then again...it only had 10k on the odo. go for the formy. and with all that new stuff on it, i dont see a reason not to take it. good luck

Thanks guys. Yea either way those are by far the cheapest prices I've seen on '00 cars. Save for the mileage, at least...

formula all the way. firebirds look MUCH better than camaros IMO, it has a lot less miles, and it's got some mods and new brakes (less money to dump into it just to restore it. you figure you gotta do maintenence i.e. filter changes, fluid flushes, spark plugs and wires...at least you'll save from a 300 dollar brake and rotor job!)

a) red was my last color choice, and b) I just bought a heavily modified car (500rwhp) and am now selling it, I prefer to just buy a car as close to stock as possible, I like doing all the work myself =)
