How to begin tuning a big cam w\ hpt

I am getting ready to install an MS3. What should I do to the tune to get the car fired up for the first time?

I think all I did with my MS3 was increase the spark at idle, decrease the VE table in the idle cells, and increased the Idle Running Airflow(RAF). Car would start and run pretty good after that.
