Depends on what kind of driving you do. DD? Do you drag race? Do you autocross/road course it?

3.73's are a good mid gear. Decent gas mileage with it, and it has a good acceleration.

I have 4.10's in my m6 and have no problems, with the stock setup it would be at 2400-2500 RPM @ 80 mph.

I just got mine in so I can't tell you the difference until I break them in (190 more miles), but I pull around 1700rpm at 60, if that much, my speedo is off by about 10mph or so...

4:10 aren't bad 1st gear tacks out around 20mph. they help if you do a shitty launch.

I run 4.10's and and I am very happy with them other than the fact that about 2 months after I put them in Richmond came out with the 4.56 gears. I would have went with them being that I love to drive stick and I love the feeling of driving threw the gears. I considered it Torque amplification "The better the acceleration - the better it is for me".

20 would be like 3k lol

i think at 5700 you will be going 40 mph in first.
but tires size plays a big role in that.

anyway go 4.10s unless your afraid of running out of gear in the 1/4. but thats not useally a problem unless your running a power adder... and stock tires size.

Run a 28 Inch Mickey Thompson Drag Slick, That should be enough tire.

Either way, you can't go wrong.
With an M6, 3.73 or 4.10's are both F**kin badass.
I personally wouldnt go 4.10's unless its a weekend driver, or your trips to work are not that far.

I'd go 3.73's myself, but both gears are good choices.
