Default D1-SC mounting bracket?

I have a friend that is selling me just the D1-SC head unit for a camaro. The problem is I don’t have any of the mounting brackets or pulleys. Does any one have a bracket for sale, or know a cheeeeep place to get one. Direct from Procharger they are $600. And I don’t want to spend that. If it’s just a simple steel plate I could make it at my ship but I don’t know. I want to know every thing that I will need to make this a complete kit before I agree to buy the unit. Any help on the mater would help. Thanks

make sure that head unit is reverse rotation also, thats what LS1's use..

There was a company selling an exact copy of the ATI bracket but in steel, was 200.00 if I remember but you will need some other small parts as well. Dont remember their name though..

My car is an LT1, the guy's at progharger said that the blower it self would work but I need to send it in to change the oil pickup inside the unit to the tune of $150.+shipping. It looks like I will spend more $$ by doing this piece by piece than if I buy the kit.

What else is needed, did you estimate the cost minus the head unit?

The unit from ati is very reasonably priced, the other unit in steel that people are buying does not include the stand offs, misc bolts, and the tensioner setup. Give us a call.

Is there a way to make this work on a 6.0 with truck accessories? I guess I should start there.... to change the subject. Can I add spacers to work? I dont think the Fbody nor truck will clear?

For a truck front face, you would most likely have to get a 1500 sierra kit. If you swapped the faces over then it would work.

I want to mount it high on the passenger side, corvette style? and use the truck stuff. Can I just space it out and make it work?
