Buttoned up the Nitrous Install, wife has been bitchn about the seat being out of the Vette so I wrapped up the wiring hiding and what nut and put the interior back in... took the car for a test drive. Naturally a check engine light came on. Fortunately I have a Predator and the code was fuel trims too rich Bank one and two...first time the car has thrown a code, and naturally the wife will immediately blame the Nitrous...
Could the Fuel noid be leaking already? What other causes are there for this? Man I don't want to hear an I told ya so from the ball and chain!
Could running around with the timing pulled for a 150 shot cause it?
Cleared the code, hopefully it will stay away.

Yea I had RWTD make a tune, when we were doing the Nitrous Dyno we pulled timing on that tune, I been driving around for about 200 miles no problems, then it popped the check engine light today. I reloaded the origional tune, we will see if it comes back.

Should have left your n2o tune. I'll bet you a DP kit that it's not related to your tune or your n2o. Your fuel trims are dropped at wot, unless they are positive, then they are added to your wot PE multiplier. Did your tuner have a reason to play with your trims? Sometimes a code will just appear, then get rid of it and it never comes back. Don't you have a WB also, if so, what did it show?
...and naturally the wife will immediately blame the Nitrous... Hahahahah, lol, isn't that the way it always happens. hehehehehe

We only played with the timing as we jetted up and saw KR, we adjusted the timing to show no KR and then pilled up. With 175 shot I got 2 degrees KR. That was what was left in the car when we ran out of time.
I was on the fence on the Predator, but now that I has used it in a way other than loading prefabbed tunes I actually like it. I went back to the NA tune RWTD did for me and erased the code, put about 20 miles on the car/with the wife, and no code came up (yet). LOL good thing I got it and cleared it before the wife saw it...all is well for now.
Wideband is not up and running yet, ran outta time, thats next month.

Where exactly during operation was the timing pulled?
If 5*+ was pulled across the board during normal driving then that would explain a few negative fuel trims.
If it was only for WOT, then it wasn't the timing.
