Pacesetter header problems? Anyone experience this.
Well, my car is getting finished up and I put PaceSetter mid length headers on and the damn whole where the check valves go are too big to fit the stockers! I can't believe this. Anyone experience this or is it just my bad luck. Any way to correct the problem without having to take them off and send them back? Maybe an adaptor or something?

The 94-95 AIR ports are different from the 96-97 I believe. Did you get the wrong headers? On my 96 SS I put the Pacesetter longtubes on and the AIR port was threaded all the way to the top. That caused a problem where the stock AIR fitting wouldn't seal because the fitting doesn't have threads all the way. So I just put some thick stainless washers in as spacers and haven't had any problems.
