100oct vs dyno afr??

Default 100oct vs dyno afr??

hi all,
quick question.
if tuned for 93 oct.
then used straight 100oct on the dyno without changing any tuning will it show lean on the dyno pulls??

100 octane takes longer to burn then 93 oct. So, if your not tuned for it, in theory, you should run leaner on the afr then with 93. Just from a scientific point of view. But it could show up richer like oange ss said. I'm not 100 percent sure on this.

thanks guys. the reason i asked is because i went to the dyno with straight 100oct in the tank. got afr readings alot leaner than i have ever had before...and lower pwr levels.
