Default SKinniest tire to run on a 9" rim

hey guys
i have 275's on all 4 corners right now and hate how my front tires throw dirst and rocks and **** up the side of my car and how they get stuck in the grooves of the road... what would be the skinniest rubber i could put on my rims? like would a 225 fit or would it have to be a 245 like i see alot of people have? thanks

225's would look stupid, and im not sure they would fit, just go with the 245's

I have 255s on my 9" front ZR1s. They're too skinny for my taste. I was trying to avoid the tracking/darting that I had with 275s. It didn't help and I'll be trading them for 275s when the time comes.

Sumitomo HTRZ. 315s and 255s. I have a stock rear and I like to spin tires. If I got anything stickier the diff would explode. Plus, you can't beat the price.

I had 245 on all four corners with the stock ss rims and the lip stuck out about a 1/4-1/2 inch, looked horrible, also increased the risk of curb rash.
