Default 3600 vs 4000 Stall ET?

Well i've finally decided to order a Fuddle converter. Looking at a 3600 rpm stall vs 4000 rpm stall. Looking for similiar modded car's times with both stall speeds. What is a good estimate of my times with the stall?
