Parking / Turnsignal Part # - Removal?

Parking / Turnsignal Part # - Removal? wow. Alright I did a search and found a great post on the ls2 forums that mentions these 2 part numbers for the parking turnsignals.
The one on my passenger side is busted up pretty bad and is taking in some water so I want to replace it.
These are the 2 part numbers I found for gmpartsdirect.com
Which one of these is for the passenger side?
10301405
10301404
I did a google search to try and clear it up but I was getting conflicting #'s from different sites.
Also how does one go about taking these suckers off?
