Default TCS OFF, ABS INOP, BRAKE...indicator lights on

I was driving around today and all of a sudden my ABS INOP, TCS OFF and BRAKE lights all came on. They wont go off either, nothing really feels different, my E-brake isnt even on and its lit up on my display. The TCS button wont function.
Anyone had this problem or have any advice on what to do???
Thanks!

u have to have the system scanned to see what happened. u could have a number of problems with the abs system. get it scanned and see what it says

Give it couple of days, if it doesn't go off on its own then get it scanned
BTW you weren't doing burnouts, or driving on a really potholed road were you (a sudden hard jar, or having the rear tires spin while the car is sitting still will set the lights)

you know, I think it actually went away tonight..........and I think I might know what caused it now lol. I was at a red light and had my foot on the brake, kept revving up on a ricer. I wouldnt be surprised if thats what did it.........hopefully it stays off, thanks guys! Every problem I've thought I've had has been a false alarm so far, just me being paranoid I guess! haha
This LS1 is a beast so far! I've put 6k in my first LS1 and I couldnt be happier!
