Looks good. You should have got an Evans pump to go with the Evans coolant that you need for those Darton sleeves.

Thanks. That's the idea. This is going to be daily driven. I'd like to take it out to Sebring soon.
Bravo... I will take a look at the Evans. There's a little time left. :D

Yeah, if it's the MID wet sleeve then the man who designed them recommends Evans coolant and pump. For a block that expensive I wouldn't cut any corners. Good luck.

My friend had problems with false knock on the slp underdrive pulley. Take a look at the march or ati crank balancer. Otherwise it looks like a beautiful combo. I'm sure you'll make lots of power with those heads and intake.

Agreed on the water pump. The LS2 is worse than the LS1 anyway. The evans pump and coolant are the only way to go for the MID.

The only thing about the Evans pump is that it makes you cringe when you have to spend almost $500 for a belt driven pump. That one hurt when I clicked the "confirm order" button :jest:

PMs Sent. The time and attention to detail behind the assembly of this engine is top notch.

There are plenty of sleeved motors running around with no issues. This engine is being built to handle a lot more abuse that it will ever see, so I'm not concerned. :)
