Default High oil pressure

i have a 01 ws6 and it started to burn about 1 quart of oil every 1000 miles and the oil pressure would sky rocket on acceleration... has anyone had this problem?

How about a simple thing like the oil pressure sensor. The burning of oil can be something completely unrelated like worn rings, pcv, etc.
