starts hard, low idle, couple codes..??

starts hard, low idle, couple codes..?? 2000 silverado, all stock 5.3
It turns over for a bit before it starts. and then it idles really low and kinds shakes. codes are; P0463 & P0300
Also the gas gauge reads empty when its full and bounces around from E to F
I know what the codes are. High Voltage fuel something and a misfire code.
Can anyone tell me how to diagnose this or what may be wrong? I took the IAC out and replaced it w/ an extra I had and no difference...im not sure what to look for now.
