New Rims and tires are on!!! Plus major cleaning makeover!!! Opinions please
I spent the entire day Saturday cleaning, modding, and putting new rims and tires on the car. Here are a list of things done, with pics below.
Cleaning
1.) Wash - Meguiars Crystal wash
2.) Clay Bar - Mothers
3.) ScratchX - Entire Car
4.) Polish - Meguiars Crystal Polish
5.) Wax - 2 coats Meguiars Paste wax
Mods
1.) Removed Door molding and TransAm badges
2.) Removed Firebird and emblem from center piece between tail-lights
Wheels and Tires
1.) Front - Torq Thrust II 9.5x17 w/ 275/40/17
2.) Rear - Torq Thrust II 11x17 w/ 315/35/17
It was a lot of work, but I think it was well worth the effort. Let me know what you guys think, good or bad. Thanks

EDIT: I did originally order my rears from Afterthoughts but they called to tell me they can no longer get them that the manufacturer stopped making them.

Actually, I live about 20 minutes south in Edinburg, right down I-65 South. There is no one I have found around here with a TA or SS. I usually say Indy becasue no one seems to know where Edinburg is....lol
