Talking New Rims and tires are on!!! Plus major cleaning makeover!!! Opinions please

I spent the entire day Saturday cleaning, modding, and putting new rims and tires on the car. Here are a list of things done, with pics below.

Cleaning

1.) Wash - Meguiars Crystal wash
2.) Clay Bar - Mothers
3.) ScratchX - Entire Car
4.) Polish - Meguiars Crystal Polish
5.) Wax - 2 coats Meguiars Paste wax

Mods

1.) Removed Door molding and TransAm badges
2.) Removed Firebird and emblem from center piece between tail-lights

Wheels and Tires

1.) Front - Torq Thrust II 9.5x17 w/ 275/40/17
2.) Rear - Torq Thrust II 11x17 w/ 315/35/17

It was a lot of work, but I think it was well worth the effort. Let me know what you guys think, good or bad. Thanks

I would LOVE clear corners, but I have read so many bad things on here about them fogging up and holding water. Hate to waste my money for them to do that and **** me off. May give it a shot anyway.

You just need to seal them with silicone before installing them and they will be fine. Heck, my stock corners had water in them when I removed them. Just put a nice bead around the entire light where the parts meet and you'll be fine.

I got my fronts on ebay. My rears I got from a non sponsor. I think the Camaro rears are the TA fronts but someone please correct me if I'm mistaken. PM me and I'll let you know where to get those.

EDIT: I did originally order my rears from Afterthoughts but they called to tell me they can no longer get them that the manufacturer stopped making them.

Actually, I live about 20 minutes south in Edinburg, right down I-65 South. There is no one I have found around here with a TA or SS. I usually say Indy becasue no one seems to know where Edinburg is....lol

What you could do is get some of that VHT Niteshades. Add 1 or 2 coats over the rear lens and 4 or 5 over the fronts to darken them. They look real good darkened on a black car.
