Default burning wires

i have dynatechs on my car and i am not sure what to do about the plug boot burning on cylinder #2's primary. Has anyone had this problem? It doesnt look like shorter plugs will work, its burning 1" before the top of the boot, where the wire comes in. I have my coil packs reloacted and it seems that the plug is sitting almost behind the primary. Do i need to try 90* or 45* boots?
