Default Wheel wobble..

I just put my prostar front runners on and they wobble when I turn them. They have already been balanced... They also make a clanking sound that comes from the middle of the wheels when i shake them, do everyone's prostars do this?

running MT sportsman 8 play tires...

If the lugnuts are torqued right, the wheel will compress around the spacer and there shouldn't be any clanking. Mine only did that when they weren't mounted.
