Default Chatter or Shudder?

I recently got a 2000 WS-6 TA M6 and I am having a slight problem. When I am starting from a dead stop I get some chatter, which make me think that it is the clutch, but the clutch is smooth with everything else and doesn't chatter when going from a dead stop in reverse. Also the only mod on her right now is a LS6 intake and the check engine light is on which is making me think there is some sort of misfire because it wasn't properly tuned when installed (was on there when I bought it) so would this create a shudder from a dead stop in low rpm's? Any help?

Your ses light is probly from the egr being removed for the ls6 intake. Most of the time the ses light will blink if you have random misfires. Does your shifter shake oround when you have this chatter??

Yes the shifter will shake somewhat. Also if she is sitting at idle for a while, the ses light will flash and it sounds and shakes like a misfire.

I would get it scaned to see if its a injector or a coil misfire. If it hasent been done lately do a plug and wire change.

When we go up to Baltimore we should take your car and have them scan it.
Or you can just got to autozone and use there little scanner.
