I am going to rip out the entire VATS system with my teeth Seriously. It has made my car undrivable. It needs gas and I dont even want to take it out because I dont want to spend 5 minutes in parking lot afterwards waiting for my car to figure out Im not a crook.
What have you guys done to fix this? If I see that security light blinking its happy *** off one more time I just might lose it. Tell me how to rip it all out, how to fix it, whatever. I am 150% ears here.

Does it do it with only one key? Have you tried your spare? I had an issue where my Camaro was giving me security errors every now and then, tried my spare (I had just recently bought two new keys) and the problem went away.
If it does it with more than one key, they it could be the contacts in the key lock assy.
